How can I redact sensitive documents in Workspaces?

Implement AI-generated suggestions from our Redaction Assistant

Redaction Assistant saves dealmakers valuable time in deal preparation by using AI to proactively suggest document redactions. These suggestions can be implemented in the document in a few clicks, so you always stay in control.

Redaction Assistant is now available as a public preview for newly opened Workspaces.

Select areas to redact signatures, company logos or entire text blocks

To protect valuable visual information like signatures and logo's, you can also use Area Select to manually select entire sections of a document. Simply choose the "Select area" option in the toolbar and drag over the area you'd like to cover.

Search for specific terms and redact them with a single click

To ensure specific terms are marked for redaction, you can always use the option to search for text to be redacted as well. Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right hand corner of your screen and search for the term you want to have redacted. A list will appear of all instances where this term is mentioned, which you can mark for redaction in one click.
